3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

4. Important Note on Regional Delays

While we aim for the fastest delivery possible, please understand that:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Remote Areas: In certain remote regions or areas with limited courier connectivity, it may occasionally be difficult to deliver as fast as our standard timeline. In such cases, delivery might take an additional 2–4 business days.

  • External Factors: Deliveries may also be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, festive seasons, or local transit disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these rare instances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Tracking ID. You can use this ID on our courier partner's website to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
